Artwork Guidelines

A.

For chocolate: Please supply solid black vector line art saved as an .eps with all text converted to outlines or a high resolution black & white tiff/eps (no color or grayscale) @ no less than 400dpi @ size formatted for ibm/pc.

For wrappers: Please supply vector art saved as an .eps with all text converted to outlines or a high resolution tiff @ no less than 400dpi @ size formatted for ibm/pc. If wrapper is not 4 color process, please make sure colors separate properly.

Placed files in illustrator are only as good as the original file.


The smallest type size that can be clearly reproduced is 9 points sans serif and 10 points serif.

Why are your prices lower than other companies?

Logos on Chocolate is a partnership between the Chocolate Storybook, a 20 year old chocolatier with 20 years of corporate gifting experience, and Spin Ventures, a successful internet marketing firm. The cost efficiencies of internet and our relationship allow us to pass on savings.

For logo chocolates, is it best to order online or call you directly?

For first time customers, we recommend that you call us at 1-877-764-4387 so we can best answer your questions. We can explain how easy and cost effective it is to put your logo on chocolate.

Do you have any other logo chocolate options that are not listed on this website?

Yes, for simplicity reasons, we only feature our most popular products. Simply email info@logosonchocolate.com, or call 1-877-764-4387, and we can turn your idea into chocolate.

How long will it take to ship my gifts?

A.

For logo chocolates, generally 1 – 2 weeks after you have approved the art work. For non logo products, like towers, popcorn etc, we will ship 1 – 3 business days after we have received your order.

How long will the chocolate last?

A.
Our chocolate has a shelf life of over 1 year. Store the chocolate in a cool room, away from sunlight. Refrigeration is not recommended, due to the high humidity.

How do you ship?

A.

Our standard shipping is UPS ground. We also provide overnight and International shipping. Addresses with a post office box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and may incur an extra fee.

We can ship all of the gifts directly to you, or drop ship your gifts to multiple addresses.  For multiple addresses, please use this template to enter your addresses, and email back to info@logosonchocolate.com.

Can I include a card?

A.
Yes, we can custom print a message, or you can develop the card and we will insert it with each gift. If you are providing a card, we will need your cards 5 business days prior to shipping. Cards and inserts are priced per project.

Do you cold ship in warm weather?

Yes we can provide coolers and cold packs and guarantee that your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition. We will be able to quote you a price.
